1.What is a live webinar session?

Live webinar session is a real time session wherein a speaker gives a detailed description on the chosen topic and settles your doubts at the end of the session then and there. You just require smart phone, laptop or a PC and a good internet connection to attend the session.

2.What if I miss my webinar at the scheduled time? Can the session be viewed later or be transferred to a friend?

Once you are unable to attend the session at the scheduled time, do not fret. You always have an option to transfer your seat to your pal or someone else who can attend the same. However, you must provide participant’s details such as name and contact number to prevent any confusion. You can also choose our recorded webinar option and can watch recorded webinar session later.

3.What is the duration of a webinar?

Our webinars in general last not more than 60-90 minutes.

4.Can the date and time of webinar be changed if they don’t suit me?

The live webinar dates cannot be changes unless it is cancelled due to some technical glitch from the speaker or our end. In case you are unable to attend, you can watch the recorded webinar or request our customer care executive to replay the session as per your chosen schedule.

5.How much time does it take to receive a transcript?

It generally takes a period of 7-10 days for a transcript to get delivered to you via email. Please ensure you provide correct and working email address to avoid any losses or confusions.

6.How long does it take to receive the ordered DVD?

It takes 10 working days after the session goes live, to deliver DVD to your door.

7.How to register for a webinar?

You can register for a webinar by filling out the registration form present on our website or you can also choose to contact our customer care executive on +1-(866) 755-8624 to get yourself registered. 8.How to attend the webinar?

To attend a live session, all you need to do is connect your device with internet, fill out the registration form or login to your account, fill in your details and you are good to go.

9.When will I receive my login credentials and materials for upcoming webinar?

It takes 24 hours prior to the scheduled date of your live webinar to get the login credentials and downloadable webinar materials on your email address.

10.How do I ask questions and when?

10-15 minutes are reserved for participants to settle their doubts at the end of the webinar session. They can ask questions using the chat panel option. Further details will be provided during the live session.

11.How do I obtain CEUs for a DVD or an electronic transcript?

You will be provided with a set of instructions to access your CEU certificate and CEU index number along with DVD. In case of an electronic transcript, you will be sent guidelines to access the same on your registered email address.

12.How do I make payment?

Payments can be made using any of your major cards such as Visa, Master Card, American Express, and PayPal. We comply by PCI DSS regulations and therefore we do not store your card's any information in ensuring that your card is safely secured.
